SMS Messaging Consent

This page explains how Fill The Hour collects consent from end users to receive transactional SMS messages and how the opt-in, opt-out, and help flows work.

Fill The Hour is operated by Natter LLC.

How users opt in

End users opt in to receive SMS notifications by submitting the public waitlist form at https://fill-the-hour.com/waitlist-signup. The form includes a separate SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default and optional. End users can submit the waitlist form without checking SMS consent. The checkbox reads:

I agree to receive transactional SMS notifications from Fill The Hour, operated by Natter LLC, about appointment availability, confirmations, reminders, and scheduling updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

End users are shown an explicit non-SMS path (“Join Waitlist Without SMS”) and can still use Fill The Hour services without consenting to SMS. End users who choose SMS enter a mobile number directly in the same public form, so the consent flow can be reviewed without authentication.

Registration form fields

The public waitlist form at https://fill-the-hour.com/waitlist-signup collects the following:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Mobile phone number (optional unless SMS consent is selected)
  • SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default, optional)
  • Explicit skip path: "Join Waitlist Without SMS"
